SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING 

    • We ship our cookies domestically within the U.S. using FedEx and UPS. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    • Orders are processed on Thursdays and Fridays, and we ship out the following Monday and Tuesday.
    • If an order is placed after our weekly cutoff, Friday, 5pm CST, it will not ship out until the following week.
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
    • Please be aware that high demand may result in delays or additional processing days, especially during the holiday season. If you have any shipping questions or issues, please email at eatunicookies@gmail.com.

KEEP IT FRESH

  • Each cookies is individually packaged and placed in the shipping container.
  • For best results, eat within a week of arrival.
  • If you want to save any cookie after tasting its goodness simply pop it in the freezer. Doing so allows storage of up to 8 weeks (2 months).
  • When you're ready for another bite, remove from your freezer and allow 20 minutes for the cookie to thaw, or consider reheating them in the microwave or oven. 

RETURNS

    • Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at eatunicookies@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies, and provide a photo and description of the issue. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Claims sent after the 24-hour window or without proper documentation will not be eligible for a reship or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

    • Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order to eatunicookies@gmail.com. Once an order ship we will not cancel it. Contacting us will allow us to reach a solution together.

IN-MARKET PICK UP

    • We offer in-market pick up on whenever we popup. 
    • Locations can be found under our event tab and our social media.
    • If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled pick-up date, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Please note that we will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on the selected pick-up date. All pre-paid orders must be picked up before the end of the market, or the order will be moved to delivery and shipped out.
