Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $65 within the contiguous United States (excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses). Orders under $65 will incur a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

Multiple Addresses: When sending orders to multiple addresses, each shipment needs to meet the $65 minimum to qualify for free standard shipping. Otherwise, non-promotional shipping rates will apply.

• Expressed Free Shipping (1-2 days): $14.95

Note: Chocolate cookies are heat-sensitive and may arrive slightly melted, especially during warmer weather. If you prefer your cookies crisp, we recommend expedited shipping. (For gooey cookies use Standard Shipping).

Shipping Schedule:

• Orders placed Monday-Wednesday: Will typically ship within 1-2 business days. 
• Orders placed Thursday-Sunday: Will ship the following Monday.

Each UniCookie is lovingly wrapped and nestled in our secure shipping container for a safe journey to your doorstep. To savor the full UniCookie experience, we recommend indulging within a week of arrival.

Freeze the Fun:

If those irresistible flavors are too tempting to finish all at once, simply pop any leftover cookies in your freezer for a delightful treat later. They'll stay fresh and delicious for up to 12 weeks! When you're ready for another bite, let the cookie thaw for 20 minutes or enjoy them warm by reheating in the microwave or oven.

• Microwave (upon arrival): 25 seconds
• Microwave (after or during thawing): 30-45 seconds, use your judgement
• Oven: 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the crisp or softness desired

Our Promise to You:

Because our cookies are handcrafted and made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if something isn't quite right with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your cookies at eatunicookies@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We'll do everything we can to turn that frown upside down!

Important Information:

To ensure a smooth delivery, claims submitted after 24 hours or lacking proper documentation might not be eligible for a reship or refund. Similarly, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing eatunicookies@gmail.com Once your sweet treats are on their way, cancellations won't be possible.

Craving a UniCookie fix while you're out and about? We offer convenient in-market pick-up during market hours! Find locations on our social media pages and under the "Events" tab on our website. After placing your pick-up order, you'll receive a text with clear instructions.

Can't Make Pick-Up?

No worries! Just contact us ASAP if you can't make it on the scheduled pick-up date. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for unclaimed orders. Pre-paid orders left uncollected will be automatically shipped out the following Monday.
