Q.  What is UniCookies all about?
A. We are a mother-daughter duo that's creating delicious gourmet cookies stuffed with macarons. Our passion for baking allows us to spend time together and build something amazing that brings conversation and love to more people.  

Q: Are your cookies really that good?
A: Well, they're a sprinkle or two better.

Q. What flavors of cookies do you offer?
A. Our original products are:

Moo Moon - Cookies & Cream + French Peanut Butter Mac

Q. Are your cookies suitable for special dietary needs?
A. Depending on when you read this we are either working on some great options or we have created some of your new favorite cookies.

Q: Can I order cookies for delivery?
A: Yes! We currently offer pickup and drop off to our local Houston market. We offer nationwide shipping everywhere else in the US. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. International shipping may or may not become a thing.

Q. Do you offer gift packaging or custom orders for special occasions?
A. It's possible! Please give us at least a month's notice to your event if you desire a complete custom experience. We have unique ways to offer the UniCookies experience for surprise and exclusive occasions. 

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Use the Track Order link in our Footer to check the status of your delivery. 
Delivery status is only updated once it reaches the mailing facility. 
Fulfillment and processing begins before shipping has started based on the time of week you placed your order. Reach out to us with any specific questions.

Q. What is your return and refund policy?
A. Due to the perishable nature of food. We do not accept returns on any food products. If there is a problem with your order upon delivery, please reach out within 7 days for us to help find a solution.
Refunds are subject to order error, but not shipping error. Based on the condition of terms your order may or may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for any further concerns or specific questions.

Q. Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering options?
A. Yes! We offer subscriptions for each cookie and variety pack. Use our Contact page to place orders for events and corporate functions.

Q. How should I store your cookies for freshness?
A. If you are not able to enjoy your order upon delivery, store the cookies in their original package in your refrigerator. There they will last for up to a week and a half. If you'd like to store them for longer, place them in the freezer until you are ready for them. When ready, remove from the freezer and allow to defrost until the cookie(s) reach room temperature, or heat them to to your satisfaction.
